Account and data deletion

Use the form below with the e-mail address linked to your account: your request is recorded immediately by our customer service.

You may also write to reserve@rmtbooking.com with the subject "Account deletion", or use the Contact page.

We acknowledge the request, verify that it comes from the account holder, and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.

Account and credentials: e-mail address, password, session tokens and sign-in logs linked to the account.

Customer profile: first and last name, phone, address, saved preferences and contact details.

Traveller data and uploaded travel documents (passports, supporting documents) once they are no longer needed for an ongoing booking.

Support messages, test feedback and any content you sent us.

Bookings, invoices and payment transaction references: retained under the applicable Algerian accounting and commercial obligations (indicatively 10 years), limited to what is strictly necessary.

Technical and security logs (IP addresses, errors, rate limiting): 12 months maximum.

Evidence that your deletion request was handled: 3 years.

Retained data is no longer used for commercial purposes and is anonymised as soon as the law allows.

If a trip is in progress or a booking is not completed, deletion happens after the service ends, because suppliers (airlines, hotels, carriers) need this information to deliver the service.
