Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2026-08-14
Rmultibooking, a travel-booking platform operated by R Multi Digital Services, enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
1. Zero tolerance
Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited on Rmultibooking, without exception and in all circumstances.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
It is forbidden to transmit, upload, request, promote or facilitate, by any means, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or conduct linked to child exploitation, including child sex tourism, trafficking, solicitation or any attempted abusive contact.
This prohibition applies to customers, travellers, partner agencies and anyone using the platform or its communication channels.
3. Nature of the platform
Rmultibooking is intended for adult travel customers and approved business agencies. The platform provides no social network, no public messaging, no publicly published user-generated content and no child-directed services.
Information about a child is processed only when a responsible adult books travel on their behalf.
4. Reporting process
Any suspicious content, message or behaviour can be reported immediately to our designated child-safety contact: rmultidigitalservice@gmail.com.
Please include the date, time, file reference if any, and a factual description. Reports may be made confidentially, and we never ask anyone to send illegal content.
Reports are reviewed as a priority and handled without undue delay.
5. Removal and account action
Any reported content confirmed as CSAE/CSAM is removed immediately. The account involved is suspended or permanently closed, and professional access for the agency concerned is revoked.
Strictly necessary records are preserved securely with restricted access for investigation and legal obligations.
6. Cooperation with authorities
Rmultibooking cooperates with competent judicial and law-enforcement authorities and responds to lawful requests. Where applicable law requires it, incidents are reported to the competent authorities.
7. Protection of minors and responsible use
Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly, protect the data of minors travelling with them, and comply with the rules applicable to children's travel (parental authorisations, travel documents).
8. Contact and related documents
