Rmultibooking is a service of R Multi Digital Services (Personne physique), registered under RC 18 A 2370885 - 00/34, located at Cité 170 Logements No. 5, Bordj Bou Arréridj 34000, Algeria.

Rmultibooking is an independent travel-booking platform. We are not an airline, a hotel or a carrier: we connect customers with travel providers.

Customers and passengers: full name, title, date of birth, nationality, email address, phone number and postal address when a booking requires it.

Booking information: itineraries, dates, cities, hotels, transfers, number of passengers, preferences and file references.

Travel documents: passport number, expiry date and, only where the provider requires it, a copy of the document uploaded by you or by your agency.

Partner agencies (B2B): company name, legal identifiers (RC, NIF, NIS, NIN), professional contact details, approval documents and account activity history.

Account and authentication: email address, sign-in logs, session tokens, two-factor authentication material and recovery codes in hashed form.

Technical information: IP address, device type, browser, language, pages viewed and security logs.

Rmultibooking never stores full card numbers or security codes. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment processors that receive only the data required for the transaction.

We retain the transaction reference, status, amount and currency for accounting, fraud prevention and customer support.

To search, verify a price and confirm a service, some information is transmitted to airlines, hotels, transfer companies and the technical travel-distribution aggregators used by the platform.

Only the data strictly required for the requested service is transmitted. These partners act under their own legal and contractual obligations.

We use your information to deliver the booking you requested, keep you informed of its status, comply with legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the platform secure, improve our services and answer your requests.

No fully automated decision producing legal effects is taken about you.

Booking and invoicing data is retained for the statutory retention period applicable in Algeria. Uploaded travel documents are deleted once they are no longer required for the service.

You may request deletion of your account and data at reserve@rmtbooking.com. We handle such requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention duties.

The platform uses strictly necessary cookies (session, security, language and currency preference) and, with your consent, analytics cookies.

You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Your information may be processed outside Algeria where the travel provider, technical hosting service or payment processor is located abroad. Such transfers are limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

You have the right to access, correct, object to, restrict and delete your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise these rights, write to reserve@rmtbooking.com describing your request. Identity verification may be required to protect your account.

Rmultibooking is intended for adult travel customers and approved business agencies. The platform is not directed to children and offers no social network or publicly published user content.

Information about a minor may only be provided by a responsible adult, and only when the child travels as part of the booking.

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access is restricted by server-side authorization rules, two-factor authentication for administration accounts, request rate limiting, access logging and masking of sensitive data in internal interfaces.

No system is perfect: please protect your credentials and report any suspicious access to us.
